" heading back to the trial today. Japan's case thus far has revolved around
1) the court has no jurisdiction (actually it does)
2) the science is legitimate (pffft),
3) a diatribe against anti whaling nations for voting in the IWC meetings since 1985 (its called democracy)
4) why they can ignore IWC resolutions (not democracy)
5) if the decision goes against them they will simply leave the IWC. Good riddance I say. . "
